Yes. We strip IP headers server-side, use no cookies on the submission flow, and generate 6-char reference codes so reporters can check status without logging in. Your organisation never sees who submitted what.

After submitting, the reporter receives a 6-character alphanumeric code (e.g. G7K3M2). They can enter it at /status to see whether their report has been received, is under review, or has been resolved. No login required.

When a report is submitted, our AI reads the content and automatically classifies it into a category (Safety Violation, Harassment, Fraud, Environmental, Other) and assigns a severity score (1–5). This helps your safety team prioritise without reading every report in full.

Yes. All plans support Tor hidden service access. Reports can be submitted via the .onion address — your team's infrastructure determines whether this is enabled.

After 14 days, you'll be prompted to enter payment details. Your data is preserved and the platform keeps running. If you don't subscribe, the account remains in read-only mode — you won't lose any reports.
